[NEWS] JinWoon Car Accident revealed!!!

2AM's JinWoon was recently involved in a dangerous vehicle collision with a 25-ton truck and subsequently received emergency surgery for his injuries.

The car crash wreckage covered on the October 9th episode of SBS' 'One Night of TV Entertainment' reveals that he was incredibly lucky to be safe. Jinwoon was reported to be sitting in the right-hand side passenger seat marked by the red circle in the images below.

2AM's agency stated, "Because the accident was so bad, he's received trauma mentally. Jinwoon was unable to exit the vehicle because it was scrapped. The surgery completed well."

[NEWS] Big Hit Entertainment assures fans on JinWoon's Condition!!

Following the unfortunate news of 2AM's JinWoon getting into a car accident with a 25-ton truck, his agency assured fans that his emergency surgery went well, but considering the amount of injuries, they would have to keep a close eye on him and put a halt to his schedule for the time being.

Big Hit Entertainment stated, "After safely completing surgery on the 7th at 6 PM KST, [Jinwoon] is recovering back to stability. Because we have to see his progress, the date of his release from the hospital has not been decided yet."

"He is fine enough to send texts on his phone. Although he received treatment for his [ankle] fracture at the hospital, he has yet to receive treatment for his laceration, so we are watching him closely. Although it is difficult for him to carry out his set schedule, he will likely be fully recovered by December just in time for 2AM's concert."

 

The agency previously revealed that the car Jinwoon collided with a 25-ton truck at 11:30PM on the 6th. He fractured his right ankle and received a laceration about 10cm (4in) long.

[NEWS] 2AM Jinwoon injured from Car Accident!!!

2AM's Jinwoon will be going into emergency surgery after his car accident.

Big Hit Entertainment revealed, "The car Jinwoon was riding in crashed with a 25-ton truck at 11:30 PM on the 6th. He fractured his right ankle and has a laceration that is about 10cm (4 inches) long. He will be going into emergency surgery today."

He had been coming up to Seoul after an event. The manager and staff that was also in the car is currently in treatment as well. 

There is no current news on how he will be handling his future schedules, hope he would get well soon!!!
