[NEWS] Baek Ji Young Sues 11 Male Netizens for posting the harsh comments on her Unfortunate Miscarriage!!!

Korean celebrities are taking a stand against the vicious rumors that are circulating via messages left anonymously on the internet.  

First, IU caught the perpetrator spreading rumors about her impending marriage with a male idol star and the two parties settled to drop the charge if the perpetrator did 200 hours of community service.  

Currently, Baek Ji Young is in the midst of suing the 11 males, from late teens to mid twenties, netizens who left appalling messages on the internet, claiming her miscarriage was all her fault.

On October 9th, SBS broadcast a new episode of 'One Night of TV Entertainment' in which they dug up more information about this lawsuit.

It turned out that after the first round of the lawsuit, the vicious comments about her miscarriage did not subside, resulting in a second round.  Still after, another perpetrator caused public indignation when he uploaded a confirmation picture of his summons.

Baek Ji Young recently made an appearance on 'Healing Camp' where she revealed, "There was one comment that said Baek Ji Young's new song came out.  The title is 'The Great Miscarriage,' featuring [my husband] Jung Suk Won.  I couldn't really comprehend it.  It made me want to see the face of whoever wrote it."

Baek Ji Young's agency said, "Comments saying she killed the baby purposely and pictures that made it look like Ji Young was killing a baby were so traumatic that we decided to file a lawsuit."

A rep from the cyber crimes unit said, "We filed suits against eleven people.  They were all men in their late teens to mid twenties.  They ranged from students to employees."

Baek Ji Young's side revealed that they plan on a strong confrontation with absolutely no leniency.

Baek Ji Young opened up about her miscarriage and how her husband Jung Suk Won stood by her as a strong source of support.

On the October 7th broadcast of 'Healing Camp', Baek Ji Young shared, "They say a child is given from heaven above. I entered the stable period of my pregnancy. Suddenly, in a matter of a few months, I rapidly gained a lot of weight, so my doctor advised me to exercise. I did some swimming and PT (physical therapy) for expectant mothers. I was maintaining my weight, but something strange happened due to an infection. In the case of my infection, no one knew of it. The university hospital doctor couldn't even tell me what the reason was behind the miscarriage."

"What I want to honestly say is that unlike dating and marriage, the pain of a miscarriage is not a happening that one can go around talking about easily. To me and my family, it was a big incident that should never happen again, but a lot of people began to say bad things about it. The public should know about celebrities' personal lives, and we should tell them. But I wondered up to what level should I receive protection and up to what point should I receive criticism. Because I received emergency surgery for my miscarriage at 4 AM, the first article came out at 9 AM. So before my family was able to even process the shock from the news, the article already made headlines."

"At the time, my husband Jung Suk Won became a strong support as a father and son-in-law. He was very faithful. He made me laugh a lot at the hospital. We took a photo at the time, and after looking back on it after a long time, the film 'Life Is Beautiful' came to mind."

Baek Ji Young also burst into tears about the hate comments concerning her miscarriage, showing that this was a big ordeal which led her to press charges against the perpetrators. Let's hope Baek Ji Young and Jung Suk Won may soon be blessed with another gift from heaven.

Baek Ji Young cleared up all the rumors surrounding her marriage on a recent recording of 'Healing Camp'.

The singer recently suffered a miscarriage, and suffered even more at the hands of malicious commenters who used her own pain against her. She talked about the hard time she had because of them during the recording, finally bursting into tears.

She also confirmed that her pregnancy wasn't the reason why they'd gotten married. She joked, "Judging from the way Jung Suk Won is treating me after our marriage, I must have saved a country in my past life."

When asked, "Do you like being with a younger man?", she answered, "It's not that I like him because he's younger. I like him because he's Jung Suk Won."

[NEWS] Baek Ji Young litigates against Selfish Netizens!

Baek Ji Young has pressed charges against netizens who have posted malicious comments concerning her unfortunate miscarriage.

The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency stated on October 3, "This past August, Baek Ji Young's agency requested an investigation on the charge of netizens leaving profane bulletin posts and comments online concerning one's family affairs."

According to the police, netizen A received attention for his post on an online community site which reads, "Baek Ji Young XXX Because she kept on smoking XXXXX She became like that", which was uploaded on the day of her miscarriage. The police have tracked down the IP address of this netizen, confirmed the perpetrator's identity, and demanded that the person participate in an investigation. Not only netizen A but other malicious posts including, "If you feel sorry for the baby, go kill yourself", "Didn't you have a miscarriage on purpose",and more caught the eye of Baek Ji Young's agency to a point which they couldn't tolerate it any longer. The police also confirmed the identity of six other netizens involved and are currently in the middle of an investigation.

A WS Entertainment rep responded, "Do these people who make sarcastic remarks and ridicule a woman who suffered a miscarriage have common sense? We will take action against netizens who gave deep emotional pain to Baek Ji Young and her family."
