Girls Generation's Seohyun (22) was belatedly revealed to be on the list of wealthy real estate owners in Gangnam after purchasing a luxurious villa last year.
According to building asset management brand 'With Us Asset Investment', Seohyun purchased a luxurious villa in the 'Cheongdam Daewoo Members County #5' (238㎡) building in Cheongdamdong, Gangnam in May 2012 for 1.29 billion KRW (~ $1.2 million USD). At the time of her purchase, Seohyun took out loans including the Samsung Fire Insurance and was revealed to have repaid her entire loan in full this past February.
The Cheongdam Daewoo Members County #5 is a luxury villa of four stories high and home to 19 apartments (villas), each with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
